We ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. On average most domestic ordes take 4-6 business days for delivery.

If we are unavailable at the time, you will get our voicemail, and you can leave a brief explanation, your name, and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. Contact Us page. You can also email us if your prefer. We always strive to return your calls and emails in a timely manner. Usually the same day.
Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax?
Yes. You may call to place an order over the phone, by fax or mailing. When faxing or mailing, we have a downloadable and printable order form. Go to the Contact Us page, click on the order form tab near the bottom of the page, print it out and fax or mail it to us.
Do you charge sales tax?
Internet businesses are required to charge sales tax for the state in which they are located. Since we are located in Texas, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to our Texas customers. Sales tax does not apply to other states or international orders.
Do you have a catalog you could mail?
No. Because we are continually updating our website with new merchandise, we are not able to supply a printed catalog.
Is your website secure?
Yes. We carry security certificates through Verisign. You will see the Verisign emblem when you get to our check out page.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, we do not sell wholesale.
